
Making whey lassi

Recipe information
Preparation ingredients (based on 100 ml whey)
- 100 ml whey 👉 â Greek yogurt onlyLifting
- 1 T Greek yogurt
- 100 ml of milk 👉. See products

- 50 g frozen fruit (mango - strawberries - blueberries, etc., your choice)
All ingredients are in measuring spoons (1T=15cc, 1t=5cc)
Alternative materials
- 1.5 T allulose > 1 T sugar, 1 T stevia, 1 T honey substitute
- Frozen fruit can be omitted (plain lassi)
- If you don't have frozen fruit on hand, try strawberry jam, fruit puree, etc.
- If you don't have a blender, thaw the frozen fruit and mash it with a fork to combine.

How to create


- In a container, add 100 ml whey and 100 ml milk.



- Add 1 T Greek yogurt, 1.5 T allulose, and a pinch of salt and mix well.
