Equipment

  • 1 measuring spoon1T=15cc, 1t=5cc
  • 1 Frying pan
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bong Buldak fried noodles
  • 1/2 dog Onion Dicing
  • 3 line Bacon Can be customized
  • About 6 dog Vienna sausage A handful, to your taste
  • About 12 dog Wheat Rice Cake for Tteokbokki A handful, to your taste
  • 1 Chapter Cheddar cheese Can be substituted with other cheeses
  • 1 T Gochujang
  • 3 T Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 T Cooking oil
  • 450 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and bacon
    1/2 onion, 3 rows of bacon
  • Heat cooking oil in a skillet and sauté onion, bacon, and sausage
    1 T cooking oil, about 6 Vienna sausages
  • Milk, buldak fried noodles, and wheat cakes
    1 Boneless fried chicken noodles, 450 ml milk, about 12 wheat cakes for tteokbokki
  • Stir in buldak fried noodle sauce, gochujang, ketchup, and cheddar cheese and bring to a boil
    1 T gochujang, 3 T tomato ketchup, 1 sheet cheddar cheese
  • Once the noodles are cooked and the milk has reduced in consistency, add the nori flakes.
