Instructions
Chop the onion and bacon
1/2 onion,
3 rows of bacon
Heat cooking oil in a skillet and sauté onion, bacon, and sausage
1 T cooking oil,
about 6 Vienna sausages
Milk, buldak fried noodles, and wheat cakes
1 Boneless fried chicken noodles,
450 ml milk,
about 12 wheat cakes for tteokbokki
Stir in buldak fried noodle sauce, gochujang, ketchup, and cheddar cheese and bring to a boil
1 T gochujang,
3 T tomato ketchup,
1 sheet cheddar cheese
Once the noodles are cooked and the milk has reduced in consistency, add the nori flakes.
