- 2 eggs
- 200 g rice
- 1 T dark soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T water

How to create




- In a heatproof bowl, combine 1 T sesame oil, 1 T dark soy sauce, 1 T water, and 2 eggs.

- Prick the egg yolks with a fork to make them pop.
💡Pop the yolk or it will explode, so poke it at least 2 times to make sure it pops.


- Place in the microwave and microwave in 4 30-second bursts.
💡 Gently shake the bowl halfway through to ensure even cooking.
💡 If you want the eggs to be cooked through, turn for an additional 20 seconds. - Top 200 grams of warm rice with all the cooked eggs and seasonings.

- Mix well and enjoy.
