  • 200 g rice
  • 1 T dark soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 T water

How to create

  • In a heatproof bowl, combine 1 T sesame oil, 1 T dark soy sauce, 1 T water, and 2 eggs.

    💡Pop the yolk or it will explode, so poke it at least 2 times to make sure it pops.
  • Place in the microwave and microwave in 4 30-second bursts.

  • Top 200 grams of warm rice with all the cooked eggs and seasonings.
