  • 100 g pasta noodles
  • 600 ml of water
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 3 T cooking oil
  • 1 T oyster sauce
  • 1 T sugar
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 3 pepperoncinos (can be omitted)
  • Commercial meatballs (can be omitted)
  • Hard cheese (can be omitted)

  • Pour 600 ml of water into a skillet.
Pasta noodles in the pan
  • Add 100 grams of pasta noodles.
  • Add 200 ml tomato sauce, 1 T oyster sauce, 1 T sugar, 3 T cooking oil, and 3 crushed pepperoncinos.
    💡If you don't like spicy flavors, feel free to omit the pepperoncino.
    💡To taste, add commercial meatballs or other ingredients of your choice (can be omitted)
Heating the pasta
  • Mix the ingredients together once and heat over medium heat.
  • Stir once at the 5 minute mark, and cook for another 5 minutes for a total of 10 minutes.
Reduced to desired consistency
  • After 10 minutes, mix the ingredients and reduce to your desired consistency.
Adding pepper
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with a generous amount of black pepper, and toss to coat the noodles with the seasoning.
Grating hard cheese
  • Plate and sprinkle with grated hard cheese (can be omitted).
