How to create

- Please prepare 1 bag of buldak fried noodles and one hamburger of your choice. I chose the Lotteria Bulgogi Burger.

- Crumble the noodles of the fried chicken into small pieces.
💡 The more finely you crush them, the better the batter will stick.

- Add 100 grams of tempura flour and 140 ml of water and mix well to make a tempura batter.
- Coat the prepared burgers evenly with the batter.

- Add the crumbled bulgogi noodles on top, pressing them firmly together.
- Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a wok to 180 °C (356 °F) and fry the burgers for 5 minutes to crisp them up.

- In the meantime, let's make the sauce. Prepare the buldak mayo sauce by whisking together 6 T mayonnaise, 1 T sugar, 1 packet of buldak fried noodle sauce, and 1 T lemon juice.

- Drizzle the sauce over the fried burgers and you're done.
Tip
- You can control the spiciness by adjusting the amount of mayonnaise.
- You can use any type of hamburger, such as commercially available bulgogi or cheeseburgers.
- Keeping the oil temperature consistent is key to crispy, not soggy, fries.
