You can make it in a short amount of time and enjoy delicious ramen with basic ingredients you probably already have at home. This recipe is perfect for a quick meal, especially since you can get the flavor of tteokbokki with just a bag of ramen noodles. In this post, we'll show you how to make this quick and easy ramen recipe.

What to bring

1 package ramen noodles, 1 T sugar, 1 T gochujang, 1/2 green onion, 300 ml water

 

The creation process

1. Boil water in a pot

Pouring water into a frying pan

Heat 300 ml of water in a saucepan over medium heat.

 

2. Adding soups and seasonings

Use all of the ramen noodle soup and only 1/2 of the powdered soup.

Next, add 1 T sugar and 1 T gochujang and whisk to combine.

 

3. Adding ramen noodles

Once the water starts to boil, add the ramen noodles and flip the noodles back and forth to loosen them up.

 

4. Adding Scallions and Adjusting Concentration

Once the noodles have loosened up a bit, slice 1/2 of the scallions and add them in. You can also use scissors to cut them over the top of the pot. Simmer to your desired consistency.

Place the noodles on a plate, followed by the toppings and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for an extra flavorful touch, or remove the noodles first and pour in the sauce for a cleaner presentation.

However, the flavor will vary slightly depending on the brand of ramen you use, so prepare it to your taste. Adjust the amount of soup according to your ramen noodles. Personally, I use only 1/3 of a packet of Shin Ramyun and 1/2 of a packet of Anseongtang Ramyun, which is perfect for my taste.
