About the Neapolitan Meatpia Burger Recipe

The hottest burger in the country right now! We're bringing you the recipe for the Neapolitan Mafia burger from Netflix's 'Black and White Chef's winner Naples Maffia and Lotteria, but it was too hard to buy because it was out of stock, so I made it myself. It's not exactly the same recipe, but I analyzed several reviews and tested it several times to get the taste. Let's start with the Naples Maffia burger recipe.

About the Tomato Basil Burger and Balsamic Basil Burger

Tomato Basil Burger

  • It's made with tomato sauce and basil mayonnaise, with mozzarella cheese, and the goal is to mimic the flavors of a pizza.

Balsamic Basil Burger

  • It's made with balsamic and basil mayonnaise, and while it doesn't call for tomato sauce, it does call for a slice of fresh tomato. If you don't have tomatoes on hand, try substituting them for tomato sauce instead of buying them for your burger.

Closing thoughts

Today I made my own Neapolitan Meatpia burger, which I tried for a week to buy from Loteria, but I ended up making it after failing. I don't know if I captured the flavor exactly because I didn't actually buy it, but it was delicious with a good balance of each sauce. If you're like me and failed to buy it, try this Neapolitan Meatpia burger recipe to make it yourself and you won't regret it. You won't regret it, and the beauty of making it at home is that it's completely customizable. You can use two patties or adapt the recipe to include all of the sauces. In fact, my favorite version was a combination of balsamic, tomato, and basil mayo sauces. Because there's no right answer in cooking.😊
Thanks for reading this long post, and have a great day.
