Este guiso de miso superf\u00e1cil se prepara en menos de 10 minutos, y puedes aprovechar las sobras para hacer tres guarniciones sencillas para completar la comida. de guiso de miso comercial, 2 cucharadas de ajo picado, 1\/6 de cebolla, 1 patata, 1\/3 de calabac\u00edn, 1 guindilla verde, unas 3 setas shiitake (de cualquier tipo), media barra de tofu, 1 cucharada de tashida de ternera, copos de guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingredientes del tofu guisado: sobras de tofu, 1 cucharada de salsa de soja oscura, 3 cucharadas de copos de guindilla, 1 cucharada de ajo picado, 1\/4 de cebolleta, 1 guindilla verde, 1 cucharada de pasta de anchoas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingredientes para el salteado: 2\/3 del calabac\u00edn sobrante, 1\/3 de la cebolla, 1\/3 de la f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortar 1\/3 del calabac\u00edn unas 3 veces m\u00e1s grueso que las patatas para acelerar el proceso de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picar aproximadamente 1\/6 de la cebolla para darle sabor y dulzor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare el tofu enjuag\u00e1ndolo una vez bajo el chorro de agua fr\u00eda y cort\u00e1ndolo en dados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure a\u00f1ade 1000ml de agua y los ingredientes cortados (patatas, cebolla, calabac\u00edn, guindilla verde, champi\u00f1ones), 5T de pasta de miso comercial, 2T de ajo picado y 1t de dashi de ternera.
